this collection of poetry

explores themes of trauma depression sexuality 

love friendship and healing

i have sometimes wished 

that people could read the thoughts 

that come into my mind

because they are the truest part of me

​

sometimes these thoughts represent the best in me

but they can also represent the worst

and i am going to share both with you

because humans are not all good or all bad

we overwhelmingly live in the gray area

and this is what makes the human experience

so frustratingly beautiful.
